GIVE IT YOUR CHOIR. A weekly ritual: breathwork, reiki, and voice.
Most weeks, this is where the work is offered in a group. GIVE IT YOUR CHOIR is a ritual you can return to: ritual meditation, conscious-connected breathwork, vocalisation, and guided visualisation, carried by music chosen for the room.
The breathwork is the two-part, connected technique—a doubled inhale, a released exhale, practised lying down—that activates the nervous system on purpose and lets held emotion move. Then the room goes quiet: a regenerative stillness, with reiki, so that what was activated can settle with company before you carry it back out into the week.
It is called a choir because the voice is part of it, and because a choir is people making something together that none of them makes alone. You do not need to be able to sing. You need to be willing to make a sound.

New to this: a weekly class is the simplest, lightest way to meet the work. No special knowledge is required of you in advance.
If, afterward, you want something deeper or more particular, the rest of my practice is here when you’re ready.
TRAININGS
There is a difference between receiving this work and learning to carry it. The trainings are for for people who want the practice in their own hands, whether to deepen a personal practice or to facilitate for others. I teach in small groups because a training is also an experiential container, and each container has a size past which it stops being able to hold.
Reiki Trainings 霊気
A Reiki training is two things at once: an education and an initiation. You learn what is needed to practise independently, and you receive the attunements: the ceremonial transmissions that establish a lasting connection to the practice. Graduates are certified to facilitate Reiki, for themselves and for others.
Some of what is transmitted reaches past the explicable: a connection to something beyond the five senses. I do not pretend otherwise, and I do not sensationalise it either. The trainings are taught in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, transmitted from its founder Mikao Usui. The lineage-specific teachings are held, as the tradition asks, within it.
Class sizes are small. The weekend covers the foundation for independent practice, and each graduate has a private session with me afterward and group follow-ups.
Art of Breathwork: Facilitator Training
For people who want to facilitate breathwork—in bodywork, therapy, coaching, yoga, ritual, somatics, or as a new personal practice—in a grounded, ethical, and relational way. This training is about facilitation as an artistry, not technique alone. Technique is only the floor. The real work is in developing the instinct, the attunement, and the theoretical ground that lets the facilitation become genuinely responsive.
