I'm a facilitator and artist working at the intersection of somatic practice, ritual, and experiential installation. I offer trainings in breathwork and reiki, teaching you how to become a facilitator and practitioner—in one or both practices—and how to create containers where something real can become possible, to create spaces where people can shift how they perceive and inhabit their own bodies.
I've been teaching in Berlin since 2019, and over a thousand hours of guided practice has taught me how to hold space that's both rigorous and alive. I'm certified in movement instruction, rites of passage work, ELDOA, and breathwork facilitation (trained in the David Elliott and Erin Telford lineage), and I'm a Reiki Master. My academic background in women's intellectual history, installation art, and ancient mythologies fundamentally shapes my teaching: practices carry hidden contexts and suppressed histories; experience itself is the material we work with; presence and what's alive in the room matters more than technique; and archetypal depths run underneath everything.
I teach in small groups where every student is truly witnessed—both in their learning and in the vulnerable, sometimes inexplicable experiences that emerge. These trainings create lasting community that continues beyond the hours we spend together.
Breathwork and reiki work differently for different people. Some engage spiritually, others philosophically, others through physiology and meditation. All are legitimate entry points. What matters is that you show up curious and present. No particular belief required.
I'm American of Japanese descent, and I've lived in Berlin for fourteen years.
