1:1 Sessions—CONTAINERS FOR GROWTH
1:1 sessions are spiritual mentorship and counsel—they are spaces to understand and expand into your potentials, or to provide specific support during a time of change and shifts. This includes probing inward (also sometimes referred to as the Underworld) to meet shadow (repressed parts of self) and to untangle conditioning (i.e. the stuff that’s usually holding us back in our growth: critical inner narratives, societal and systemic expectations). 1:1 sessions vary greatly—but they are always grounded in supporting your spirit and sense of home in self.
Sessions might look like:
—a space to open up about something difficult or sticky and to receive spirit-centred guidance, clarity, and practical exercises to support moving through the time.
—deepening a tarot or astrological practice, learning the layered symbolic knowledge and applying embodiment techniques.
—a focus on spellwork and ritual fundamentals, including setting up an altar or shrine.
—delving into intuition: self-trust, defining the range different impressions or “gut sensations”, and practical exercises to strengthen the intuition muscle.
—using history and myth to explore life experience and to view the healing and growth journey through new lenses and framings.
—steeped in energy therapy and deep mediation work, opening up doors to inner-dimensions, that can become practices for (re)connection, grounding, and release.
—tending to the expansion / contraction experience of learning and life and utilising somatic skills to understand and support the nervous system.
These sessions are a very organic experience, mixing modalities as needed. Ultimately there is a focus on bringing clarity to the dimensionality of you: to accessing a sense of liberation from what has been feeling sticky or stagnant; finding practices that (re)ignite your sense of selfhood and agency; feeling grounded in (re)discovering a sense of joy and wonder towards your journey and your life.

Bio
Before moving to Europe in 2012, I studied Women’s Intellectual History in New York. The consistent and ongoing work of recovering and reconceptualisation women’s prolific offerings to our world throughout history opened the door for me to truly comprehend the impact of the cultural hegemonic systems we live under—and how far back in time the roots of these systems stretch. As this pathway blew open, my understanding of our modern myths deepened: how these myths stem from even older myths and cults, those edited and rewritten to suit the subjugation of the feminine—or any power that did not fit a narrow construct of proto-patriarchal systems. The ancient archetypes thrived then and still exist now; albeit fractured and split. It is a revelation to connect these old stories to our lives now—to my life, to your life; the archetypes are in each of us!
As an artist I’m interested in installation and immersive works, ritual and embodiment, poetry, and pattern recognition and scientific inquiry and how they play into artistic investigations—these elements are also connected to what I offer and how I work: creating specific types of containers for your experience opens up space for you to connect with your intuition and creativity. These tools of inner-guidance and exploration are foundational for spiritual growth, individuation, and being with a sense of authenticity.
Spellwork and rituals were an integral part of my childhood. I grew up in a forest at the top of a mountain, where I created rituals and spells in and inspired by nature. I was also surrounded by observatories and astronomers (I even met Carl Sagan when I was little!). The stars were omnipresent, so it didn’t take along before I found astrology. Tarot followed shortly after. It feels like I have always been interested in the esoteric and energetic, even consciously astral projecting at 8 years old, later reading books about it and realising what it was I had been doing… I also work as a channel—this means I communicate with spirit or the non-physical. This is similar to a medium— mediums speak to the dead, channels connect to the spirit realm and often receive information straight through without knowing what they’re saying. If it sounds weird, I can tell you: it is! We are truly multi-dimensional.
On a more personal level, I proudly carry a life which has been rich with experiences small and large, deep with challenge and learning, suffering and tending—and this is all part of what I bring as a guide and counsel: empathy, life experience, and life-tested tools and practices.
