This Initiation is a both a training and healing container that includes attunements (special rituals) which will connect you to the energy of Reiki for a lifetime, allowing you to heal yourself and others. You will receive an official certification enabling you to be a professional Reiki Practitioner.

The connection to Reiki is also a connection to something beyond our empirical understanding, beyond our five senses. In this, the initiation and practice of Reiki is an opportunity to move past our (perceived) limitations, beyond the reality that we have been conditioned to believe in. It can be (the best kind of) a mind trip!

It is a Rite of Passage and a space where we share deep connection and growth.

Each student is also offered a private session with me after the training is completed to check-in and update, practice, q+a.

If you’ve been thinking of, or wanting to, work with me in a more expansive, personal, and collaborative way, this is currently the best way other than private mentorship.

Over the weekend you will learn all that you need to know to begin practicing reiki on yourself and others. The initiation begins the moment of saying yes.

The Initiation into Usui Shiki Ryoho begins with Reiki 1. Usui Shiki Ryoho is a specific form of Reiki practice passed down through a particular lineage from the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui. The practice of Usui Shiki Ryoho awakens greater awareness, and deeper experience, of our spiritual unfolding. This Initiation includes the secret teachings of our lineage and from me as your teacher (every Reiki Master is invited to imbue the Initiation teachings with their own influence and knowings). You will hold the secret and unique teachings of your lineage of this closed practice. 

Working with, being a steward of, and training students to connect with Reiki is something I deeply honour and is foundational for further development into the esoteric.

You will experience rituals which will attune (connect) you to the reiki energy for life.

Your teacher:
Anabel Zenith is a multi-hyphenate healer, esoteric arts practitioner, rites of passage guide, and spiritual teacher. An American of Japanese descent who has been living in Berlin since 2012, Anabel has an academic background in Women's Intellectual History, installation art, and ancient mythologies. With other certifications in somatic practices as a movement instructor, ELDOA trainer, breathwork facilitator, and the Reiki Master title, Anabel has thousands of hours experience guiding individuals and groups in various contexts and settings, ranging in offerings from the esoteric to psychic skills, aura photography to wellness meditations. Clients range from HNW individuals to USC studio students to small businesses and niche (Deloitte and House of Beautiful Business) to established corporate (such as HM, Zalando, and N26). Anabel’s focus is on creating a wholistic—for the whole person—space for students, mentees, and clients to connect with the somatic, esoteric, and spiritual; and ultimately, themselves and humanity.
